Through our FiliPro Workforce project, we are developing partnerships with licensed Philippine recruitment agencies to help meet the staffing needs of Czech employers.
Our main areas of focus are:
• Healthcare and nursing — nurses and care staff.
• Manufacturing and skilled trades — welders, electricians, industrial painters and other technical professionals.
We are preparing our Czech recruitment licence. Recruitment and placement services will begin once all required authorisations are in place. Our planned model is direct employment: workers will sign employment contracts with our Czech client companies.
