FiliPro Workforce is a project of Ferin Fin s.r.o. We are developing partnerships with licensed Philippine recruitment agencies to address the staffing needs of Czech employers.
Our focus includes healthcare and nursing, manufacturing and skilled trades, including welders, electricians and industrial painters.
We are preparing our Czech recruitment licence. Recruitment and placement services will begin once all required authorisations are in place. Our planned model is direct employment with Czech client companies.
We value careful candidate selection, appropriate language preparation, transparent communication and practical support for successful integration.
